Copper, Brass and Bronze Cleaning Combo
Item description
Copper and brass vessels turn dark and dull after a few weeks, and sometimes green spots appear. Our grandmothers cleaned them with tamarind, lemon and ash from the kitchen fire. This combo puts that same method into a simple set you can use at home.
What’s inside
- Natural Lemon Dishwash Gel, 225 ml: Made with real lemon pulp, soap nuts and citrus enzyme. It removes oil and dirt and starts working on tarnish.
- Natural Dishwashing Powder, 250 g: A mix of wood ash, lemon peel, citron peel and soap nut powder. The fine ash gently rubs away dark layers, and the citrus helps bring back the shine.
- Coconut Coir Scrubber, 1 piece: Firm enough to scrub off tarnish without scratching the metal.
Use them together for pooja items, kalash, water pots, lamps, copper bottles and brass kitchen vessels. You can use the gel and powder on your everyday steel vessels too.
Why you’ll like it
- Traditional cleaning method using lemon and wood ash
- Removes dark tarnish and green marks
- No acid, no chemical metal polish
- Doesn’t scratch copper or brass
- Gentle on hands
- Gel and powder also work for daily dishwashing
How to use
- Rinse the vessel with water.
- Put a little lemon dishwash gel on the coconut scrubber and scrub the vessel.
- Sprinkle a pinch of dishwashing powder and scrub again.
- Rinse with clean water and wipe dry with a cloth.
For heavy tarnish: Mix the powder with a little water and a few drops of gel to make a thick paste. Apply it to the dark areas, leave it for 5 to 10 minutes, then scrub and rinse.
Tip: Wipe the vessels dry right after washing. Water left on copper and brass leaves spots and makes them dull faster.
