Herbal Mouthwash with Betel, Mint and Guava Leaf
Item description
Most mouthwashes in the market contain alcohol. That’s why they sting and burn, and for some people they leave the mouth feeling dry afterwards. We wanted something milder that still leaves your breath fresh.
This mouthwash uses three leaves that have long been part of Indian mouth care. Betel leaf (vetrilai) has been chewed after meals for generations to freshen the mouth. Mint gives a cool, fresh taste. Guava leaves have been chewed in villages as a traditional way to keep the mouth clean. We combine these with a citrus bio-enzyme base, made by fermenting fruit peels on our farm.
There’s no alcohol, so it doesn’t burn. Just mix a little with water, rinse, and spit it out. Your mouth feels clean and fresh, with a light mint taste.
